Adam P. Soltys
Adam Soltys has dedicated his legal career to defending individuals facing criminal and traffic charges across North Carolina. Since being licensed in 2003, he has focused almost exclusively on criminal defense, representing clients in both District and Superior Courts in over 40 counties throughout the state.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law (J.D., 2003) and Davidson College (B.A. in History, 2000), Adam is licensed to practice in both North Carolina and West Virginia. He is fluent in Spanish and committed to client-centered representation, emphasizing clear communication, thorough preparation, and strong advocacy in every case.

Gabriella Reynolds
Gabriella Reynolds is a recent graduate of Elon University School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor in 2025. She joined Soltys Law as an associate attorney after previously interning with the firm for two consecutive summers, where she gained hands-on experience assisting with criminal defense cases and supporting clients through every stage of the legal process.
While in law school, Gabriella also interned with the Alamance County Public Defender’s Office under her North Carolina practice certificate. There, she further developed her courtroom skills and deepened her understanding of client advocacy.
Gabriella earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Tennessee in 2023. She brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every case and is committed to protecting the rights of those facing criminal charges.
Jonathan Salinas
Jonathan Salinas has been a key member of the Soltys Law team for over seven years, bringing dedication, reliability, and a deep commitment to client service. A graduate of UNC Greensboro, Jonathan supports the firm’s attorneys with case preparation, scheduling, and communication—helping ensure that each client receives timely and informed support.
Fluent in Spanish, Jonathan plays a vital role in assisting Spanish-speaking clients throughout their legal process, ensuring that language is never a barrier to quality representation. His experience and approachable demeanor make him a trusted and valued part of the firm’s day-to-day operations.
